Open positions on the Band Boosters Board:
***Treasurer: Someone with a financial background to collect money received, pay any outstanding bills, balance account, provide monthly reports to the Board.
Fundraiser Coordinator: Developing, maintaining, finding volunteers, and finalizing fundraising opportunities during the year. This is not a ‘one-person show’ but a great liaison for our fundraising opportunities that span from students, parents, and monthly reports to the Board.
Communication Coordinator: Responsible for sending out email messages already drafted by other members of the Board. This is the least busy position on an as-needed basis.
Scrips Coordinator: Responsible for receiving Scrip orders and fulfilling purchased orders back to the customer. This is also a less-busy position and requires monthly reports to the Treasurer and/or the Board.
Interested? Please contact Tim Hess or any current Board member listed HERE

FUNDRAISERS
OUR BAND BOOSTERS raise 95% of funds for band needs at the middle and high school. Music and the arts are important not only for our students and their development—but also for our community. We have many fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Here are just a few simple ones you can do everyday. DIRECT YOUR DOLLARS with SpartanNash: Help us raise funds by turning in your receipts from any SpartanNash store. We do need the full original receipt with the Direct Your Dollars value intact.
SHOP WITH SCRIP: Purchase ahead for everyday shopping needs with Scrip cards and e-cards. Each purchase provides a rebate to be split between the band program and student accounts. It's an easy way to help band and students with everyday shopping. Click here for details and to sign up. |
